Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and, where products are handmade or produced in batches, minor variations may occur. Any age guidance, warnings, care instructions or safety information supplied with a product should be followed.

Prices and payment

Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before you place your order. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected goods. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and, where payment has already been taken, arrange the appropriate refund.

Delivery

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
